Scotch Shortbread


Shortbread was traditionally eaten on Hogmanay (New Years), a celebration originating in France in the 17th C.

This is the classic recipe based on the 3:2:1 ratio of flour:butter:sugar. and differs from Ayrshire and Forfar types of shortbread.

Comes in 12 individually cut portions. At least 1kg in total weight. Freezes well but can last 2-4 weeks if stored at cool temps in an airtight container.
