Caramel Shortbread – White Chocolate


White chocolate, salted butter caramel and all butter shortbread, scored into 12 portions for easy cutting.

Approx 1150g
Comes in foil service tray, wrapped in cling film.
Store in air tight container at room temperature 16-20 degrees
Can be frozen – I have frozen it for over 4 weeks without any problems however you should always test for yourself once defrosted.
Caramel can crystallise over time (becomes more like fudge than caramel). Only effects texture, not taste.
Lasts unfrozen up to 4 weeks but you should always check as failure to store it correctly can decrease it’s shelf life.
