This is a homemade confectionery jackpot! Homemade peanut butter nougat, homemade chewy caramel with roasted salted peanuts.
Covered with a milk chocolate butter and golden syrup ganache. (Not forgetting the crushed biscuits otherwise it wouldn’t be a tiffin!).
Comes in foil service tray, wrapped in cling film.
Store in air tight container at room temperature 16-20 degrees.
Can be frozen – I have frozen it for over 4 weeks without any problems however you should always test for yourself once defrosted.
Caramel can crystallise over time (becomes more like fudge than caramel) this only effects texture, not taste.
Lasts unfrozen up to 4 weeks but you should always check as failure to store it correctly can decrease it’s shelf life.
